Refunds are available up to 2 weeks before your scheduled field trip date if your group size changes. To request a refund, please contact us at sealifemichigan@sealifeus.com within that timeframe.
Please note:
- No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of your visit date
- This includes unused tickets on the day of your visit
