Can I change the name on my booking?

Unfortunately, SEA LIFE Michigan Aquarium is unable to change the name on an existing booking once it has been completed.

📝 If the Named Guest Cannot Attend

If the person listed on the booking will not be attending, they may authorize someone else to collect the tickets by providing a signed letter of authorization. The letter must include:

“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for by my card ending in [last 4 digits of credit card used].”

The authorized person must bring:

• The signed letter
• A valid photo ID matching the name in the letter

This process helps ensure the security and proper handling of ticket redemptions.
