Yes, you may request a change to your visit date or time up to 36 hours before your originally scheduled visit.
🔄 How to Request a Change
To request a change, email sealifemichigan@sealifeus.com and include:
- Your order confirmation number (usually starts with a “6”)
- Your preferred new visit date and time
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
⏳ Same-Day Changes
If it’s already the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we’ll try to get you in as quickly as possible. However, please note that weekends and holidays may be subject to capacity limits, and changes may not be guaranteed.
